Our Place At The Beach

I should have paid more and stayed in a nicer room, but I was worried that I was not going to get a room at all.
This hotel was slightly grungy, outdated and a bit disappointing, but staff was very nice. Fitness room and hot tub were not open. I paid less for a nicer room in Seaside the night before. The motel was located in a very quiet part of town, not close enough to the beach for a stroll, but close enough.

By the name one would think a beach was near. It was not! We could see a tiny part of the ocean around 7pm but that was it and that was far off in the distance. Also signs say continental breakfast started at 7:30 am, the office did not open until well after 8:30 both mornings I was there. I will not stay at this place again. ...read more

Typical cheap motel, but not nasty in any way.

Very old and outdated.

Great location, but badly needs updating and new beds. I wouldn't go there again, unless it was my last option.
